Over the last few weeks, I've taught pattern cutting classes at both locations and sharing knowledge, hints and tips about drafting skirts and trousers, and also how to get the fit right!
I've also shared my love of upcycling in my Introduction to Clothes Alteration Course where we repaired, recycled, customised and redesigned old and unused clothes.
And last Thursday, there was also a pattern adjustment evening class at the Sewing Cafe where we discussed full and small bust adjustments, and the processes behind dart manipulation.
It has most definitely been busy! ☺
But before I head off for a Summer break, there's still time to come along to my Intermediate Sewing course this weekend at MAC. Or if you have children looking for something creative to do in the May half term holiday, come along to my Introduction to Sewing Classes for Juniors and Young People at MAC next week! There's only a few places left on the Juniors class, so book your place quickly to avoid missing out!
Take a look at some of the wonderful creations created in my classes below and head over to the Press & Student Feedback page to see what some of my students have been sharing on social media.
